The rest of the puddle
We beat any competitor's price.* Eight of twelve.
Twelve other outfits do the same nothing. Eight charge more than us. Four charge less, and we have a bowl to fill. A wet word about each.
YOLO Registered Agents charges $5 and calls it premium. Premium is a word for water in a bottle. We are the bowl.
YOLO Registered Agent charges $2.50. Half a bowl. Nobody has told them the bowl is already empty.
Tree Fiddy Registered Agents charges $3.50 and rounds to the half dollar. We round to the nearest puddle.
IDGAF Registered Agents charges $1. That is not shallow. That is a dry spot on the floor.
IDGAF Agents charges $24 and dropped a word to do it. Twenty four dollars for nothing with a lid on.
Mid Registered Agents charges $37 and calls it adequate. Adequate is a big word for a tap that runs lukewarm.
Mid Registered Agent charges $27, or whatever. Their words, not ours. We at least know what we are.
Dogwater Registered Agents charges $17 and shares our name. Ten dollars more for the deep end of the same bowl. It is the same bowl.
Mid Wyoming Agents charges $22 and covers one state. The wind does the rest of their work.
Mid Wyoming Agent charges $12 and is mostly elsewhere. One state, one person, sometimes. We are at least at the bowl.
19 Registered Agents charges $19 for everything. Everything is a strong word for one thing that is not there.
19 Registered Agent charges $19 too, marked down from $19. Final markdown. Nothing further off. Nothing further on.

Annual prices from each company's own price page and from published research, August and September 2026 (the same table as the worth page). One of us is one year of our service.
* Applies to legitimate, recognized registered agent services whose published terms commit them to nothing. It does not apply to offers that promise to staff an office during business hours, forward service of process the day it arrives, keep the appointment in force from year to year, or stand behind any of it. The comparison is to our own price, which we will beat by any amount we choose, including zero. We decide in good faith whether an offer qualifies. To date none has.
Other corners you can cut
Same idea. Cheaper is cheaper. Wet is wet.
Leave the annual report in the bowl
In Oregon, the annual report is $100 a year for an LLC or a corporation. That is money you could be saving by not filing it. It will keep. Most things keep.
Save more. Stay shallow.
Cost is the thing. So why does the state get a cheque from you every year for an annual report? Ask that out loud. Then keep the money.
The state answers that question with one word, dissolution, and then a bill to undo it. Your state's version, statute and all, is on your state's page.

Each state page quotes the rule we do not follow, then what the state does about it. It is the driest thing on this site.
